Common questions
Can I retrieve old toll data if you've discarded it?
Your delivered PDF/CSV reports are kept in your inbox. For raw rows older than that, you log into MEISAI directly using your authorized credentials.
What if I close my account?
Generated reports stay yours in your inbox. Everything else on our side — credentials, audit log, settings — is wiped.
Is the data encrypted?
Yes. In flight (TLS) and at rest (AES-256) for the brief window it lives in the processing buffer.
