Reports are available for every active JapanETCcard customer with a verified account. Both personal and business members are supported — business and government-fleet features (bulk reports, audit-ready PDFs, authorized vehicle monitoring) are opened on a case-by-case basis through the JapanETCcard ↔ Japan Toll Receipts bridge.

Japan Toll Receipts (JTR) is the engine that pulls, formats, and delivers your ETC data. Because you're already a JapanETCcard member, we share the required data via secure API (ETC card number, OBU unit number, license plate, recent toll usage) so we can auto-register you with JTR. You never have to leave the JapanETCcard dashboard — every report, alert, claim, and tax document is generated and viewable right here.

Yes — every customer gets an automated end-of-year tax/usage report, regardless of plan. JTR aggregates 12 months of toll data into a single year-end PDF + CSV for tax filing, business expense rollups, and personal records. Free Weekly members get the standard year-end report; Premium members also get itemized monthly records and custom date-range exports throughout the year.

Historical data is available for up to 15 months — the maximum retained by official NEXCO MEISAI systems. Premium archives delivered reports in your inbox indefinitely so you can keep records well beyond 15 months.

Free Weekly: a 7-day ETC usage summary every Monday — included for every customer, ¥0, no credit card. Premium Daily Plus unlocks daily reports, monthly records, custom date-range exports, and official NEXCO PDFs. Every new member gets Premium FREE for 1 full year (no credit card). After year 1, you'll either keep Free Weekly forever or continue Premium at the JapanETCcard exclusive ¥300/month (or ¥2,980/year) — never the public ¥500 rate.

The 1-year Premium clock starts on your first non-empty toll report delivery — not at signup, email verification, or MEISAI connection. If you don't drive for a while, you don't burn trial days. No need to rush registration.

New-member registrations are accepted through Dec 31, 2027. Every member who joins by that date still gets a full 1-year free Premium trial. The last trial therefore ends Dec 31, 2028, and starting Jan 1, 2029 all accounts continue on Free Weekly or a paid Premium plan.

Yes — every customer receives their own MEISAI account login and password as part of registration. If you want one-off custom reports and don't need the automated Premium features, you can log into the official MEISAI portal yourself and download what you need. Premium just removes that manual step and adds smart alerts, family/authorized vehicle tracking, and reimbursement-ready PDFs.

All reports pull from the official NEXCO MEISAI system and reflect actual recorded tolls — never estimates. Japan Toll Receipts is a pass-through engine: we fetch, format, deliver, and discard live MEISAI rows. We don't keep your line-by-line toll history on our servers.

Email summaries are bilingual (Japanese or English — your choice in dashboard settings) and include all 2,505+ Japanese toll gate names translated to English. PDF attachments are the original NEXCO documents and remain in Japanese (we don't alter official certificates).

Reports are sent to your registered email address. Update it anytime in your dashboard settings — Premium members can even set per-card email recipients (e.g., one card emails the driver, another emails accounting).
